How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Good things (like your rug) are worth the short wait.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan — because we know you like to see it before you pay 😉
Can I return or exchange a product?
Absolutely. You have 7 days to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Are your rugs washable?
Some are, some aren’t. Check the product details — we don’t want you accidentally giving your rug a “spa day” it didn’t ask for 😅
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
