Return and Exchange

At Royal Weaver, every rug and carpet is handwoven with care, craftsmanship, and intention. We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


14-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging where possible

If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier — we recommend keeping your shipping receipt

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Subject to availability, we will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible
  • If the replacement item is of a higher value, the difference will be charged
  • If it is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs — pieces crafted to your specific dimensions or design
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or washing
  • Sale or discounted items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Royal Weaver is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns
