Your order is made entirely by hand from 100% natural wool, which means there will be natural (and beautiful) variations in pattern and color. Wool shrinks! While we do our best, final sizes can vary by 5%

Can I return my rug?
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order!
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
We certainly hope that never happens! We're here to answer whatever questions you've got before you place an order to ensure you're 100% happy with your one-of-a-kind design.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Good things (like your rug) are worth the short wait.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan — because we know you like to see it before you pay 😉
Can I return or exchange a product?
Absolutely. You have 7 days to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Are your rugs washable?
Some are, some aren’t. Check the product details — we don’t want you accidentally giving your rug a “spa day” it didn’t ask for 😅
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Not at the moment — but we’re working on expanding options soon.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared so you can follow your rug’s journey home.

Just contact us within 48 hours with pictures, and we’ll fix it — no stress.
